Transfiguration

This model was made for an in-class assignment where we needed to create a 3D Asset of a gun with less than 2,000 polygons, and I did it in less than 1200. In order to make the model be low-poly and still look good I managed to cheat using a high resolution Normal map taken from a version of the model with over 2 million polygons. I than took the model and textured it myself, creating textures that resemble worn and carved bone as well as rusted and tarnished silver with some dirty gold accents. This project took me a total of 20 hours to complete split across 3 weeks.
